I grew up in Lowell, and today I own Zachary Hayes Agency, a Farm Bureau Insurance office on Main Street.

Before opening this office, I spent three years at another agency quoting insurance over the phone. Too many people bought a policy in ten minutes and never understood it.

That's why I meet in person and go through every line with you. You should know what each part of your policy does.

Most of my clients live in Lowell, Ada, Cascade, and East Grand Rapids. I write home, auto, life, farm, and small business coverage, plus fixed annuities.
